FITNESS CLUB

Our Sabercub Fitness Club is designed to encourage students on how we can create a life routine of exercise in their daily schedule.  Coaches guide and demonstrate a variety of exercises, games and activities that are fun and beneficial to our bodies.  Nutrition is also a big component in our daily life and is discussed to help our Sabercubs make better food choices.
